Eco Kitchen Cleaner primarily uses surfactants to break down oil and grime. Even with less than 1% concentration, it has excellent cleaning power. Because of its low concentration of cleaning ingredients, it's suitable for waterless environments. After using the cleaner, simply wipe away the grease, making it perfect for outdoor camping.

The cleaner is 100% biodegradable within a week, thus posing no burden on the environment. Wastewater mixed with grease can be 94% decomposed within a day, so grease won't stick to drain pipes, preventing odors and blockages. Natural cypress essential oil from Aomori Prefecture is blended with the kitchen cleaner, providing a strong aroma with excellent relaxing effects. Cypress oil has deodorizing capabilities and powerful antibacterial properties, while also rapidly breaking down grease. It can be used not only for sanitizing cutting boards but also for various tableware and kitchen utensils.
