If you wish to receive your package before a public holiday, you must place your order 3-4 days in advance.

During public holidays, home delivery service to residential areas will be delayed. If you wish to receive your package sooner, it is recommended to have it sent to an SF Express station or smart locker for self-pickup.

In the event of inclement weather, delivery speed will also be affected, and delivery dates will be postponed.

 

｜Can packages be shipped on the same day?

Packages are usually shipped within 1-2 days. If you wish for same-day shipping, you can inquire via the communication tool in the bottom right corner of the website.

The real-time delivery status of your package can be checked within the SF Express app, or you can call SF Express customer service at 2730 0273 for inquiries.
